CBP is currently experiencing network connectivity issues. Trade users transmitting ACE truck manifests via the ACE Secure Data Portal are reporting slowness due to this issue. Truck users transmitting EDI and ACE Ocean/Rail users are NOT affected.
A CSMS will be issued as soon as this issue has been resolved.
