2021-22 BOOSTER CLUB MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM

The purpose of Cathey Athletics Booster Club is to stimulate both interest among and interaction between student athletes, parents, coaches and our community in support of school athletics. Through cooperation with Cathey Middle School Administration and it's Athletic Director, Booster Club raises funds to support the Cathey Athletics Department by: (1) purchasing items and services needed for the Department, (2) organizing and providing volunteers for athletic extracurricular activities and (3) engaging in educational and charitable activities for the benefit of all Cathey athletes and coaches.

Membership in the Cathey Booster Club is open to any parent or guardian of a child or children who participate in any Cathey Middle School 7th or 8th grade sport(s). Becoming a member will keep you informed of all Cathey athletic activities throughout the school year, and you will have a vote in requests and items requiring approval as per Cathey Booster Club organizational policies and bylaws.

Cathey Middle School sports include Volleyball, Football, Cheer, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Cross Country, Track, Swimming and Golf.

Membership fee:
$15 for one parent or $20 for both parents
