Through the generous donation of time, talent and resources from local businesses and the Ridgefield community, the Stadium Improvement Project at Ridgefield High School met its fundraising goal and is on track to be completed on time for graduation ceremonies to celebrate RHS’ Class of 2021.

Ridgefield School District is commemorating the project’s completion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, June 8th at 5pm at the stadium entrance.  The ceremony is on the agenda of the regular school board meeting which will be taking place at the stadium site for the special event.  All are welcome to attend.\r\n

Funded entirely by contributions from community members and District partners, the new stadium entrance was inspired by the resilient Class of 2021.  Not only does it honor the many generations of Ridgefield residents who have gathered at the stadium to cheer on our beloved Spuds but also the many generations who will continue to do so in the years to come.

Ridgefield School District is grateful to everyone who helped to make this project a reality.  Special thanks to the following community partners for their generous support:  Alliance Industrial Group Inc. (AIG), Anchor Concrete, Emerick Construction, Jones Landscape, Inc., LSW Architects, Ridgefield Boosters, Prairie Electric, Riff_Creative, and RIXIR Systems.\r\n
