* Please note that all participants and volunteers are covered by personal injury insurance paid for by the DSA.  
** During our DSA events you may be filmed/photographed – anyone who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution (via Facebook and other social media or future promotional material) should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organisers.

In Victoria, legislation regarding adult volunteers who come into contact with children has changed.  We can still run our event days as normal however, we have been advised to keep a record of any volunteers who have a current WWC check. 
If you have a current WWC card, please provide the number above - a copy does not need to be sighted at our event.

Thank you for volunteering and registering online with us.
By filling out the above information, you are advising us that you will be attending our event.

On event day, please make your way to the Registration tent to check-in.

Please bring a hat, a beach towel and a wetsuit if you have one - we have a limited amount of spare wetsuits that can be borrowed on the day.
At our event, we provide a bbq, fruit and sunscreen for all volunteers.

We will send you a confirmation email just prior to the event day with all information needed for the day.
