This is exactly what I was looking for. Some basic good advice on gentle exercises to keep my back strong. I feel confident in it because it is by a physiotherapist. 15mins sessions (four in total) are good and I usually do 1 or 2 sessions with the DVD. When you've done it a few times you could just use the book or go from memory but the DVD seems to motivate me!

The Better Back Workout is a terrific and helpful book. It is easy to read, the directions are clear, the pictures are useful and the DVD is always there as a back-up. The exercises are varied, challenging and have already helped my back after only a few days of reading and then doing the exercises. Inasmuch as I'm exercising all day long as a fitness trainer, keeping my back limber and vitalized is critically important. Hence, I am grateful for this book and highly recommend it.
