• Maintaining general ledger accounts.
• Performing accounts reconciliation.
• Accounts receivable & payable & Material costs.
• Maintain financial policies & internal controls, as well as investigate & resolve any accounting discrepancies or irregularities.
• Record Day to day financial transactions & complete the posting process.
• Verify that the transactions are recorded in the correct suppliers ledger, customer ledger & general ledger.
• Perform partial checks of the posting process.
• Enter data, maintain records, create reports & financial statements.
• Process accounts Receivable/Payable.
• Record the customers/suppliers invoices and match them with the bank statements.
• Record payments, receipts, and journal entries in the accounting software.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain schedules for receivables, payables, prepayments, accruals,
• Prepare and maintain fixed assets register.
• Monthly payroll register.
• Prepare the monthly/quarterly trial balance.
• Vat report (VAT return preparation and filing)
Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with GAAP

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments

• Prepare and file tax returns

• Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and operations

• Stay informed of changing tax laws and regulations 
• Familiarity with cost and sales accounting tasks

Working Conditions: 

Daily working hours from the company headquarters are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
