I really appreciate your impulses. But i can't agree with "being leader means being like a parent". Both means accepting the role and being responsible, yes. But parents also have the task of educating their children. In the workplace, however, that is an encroachment; here, it's about training adults. That's why I don't fully agree with this comparison.

Absolutely agree... Have experienced this so many times.... unfortunately, many think that their roles are confined to the work hours only.
