AFTV have vowed contributor DT will never appear on the channel again after being sent to prison for three years.
Liam Goodenough, known as DT, was convicted of stalking involving serious alarm or distress and kidnapping at Aylesbury Crown Court on 5 November 2021.
DT was a regular contributor on AFTV - previously known as "Arsenal Fan TV", which is not associated with the club - until July 2021. The YouTube channel's most watched video is of the convicted criminal ranting about previous Gunners manager Arsene Wenger.
Goodenough, 42, made his first appearance on AFTV in several months following the game between Arsenal and Manchester City on New Year's Day.
He was cheered on camera, with the channel's founder and main presenter Robbie Lyle jokingly calling him a "ghost" following his absence.
"It's good to be back and giving my opinions on the game, I see all your positive comments and it means a lot to me, it really does," commented DT's personal YouTube channel on AFTV's recent upload.
Many AFTV subscribers believed Goodenough would be a regular on their screens again, with one commenting: "When the world needed him the most, he came back."
While another wrote: "I'm a United fan, but I watch AFTV because of this man. [He's] passionate, knows his football and keeps it real. Good to see him back."
AFTV insist the "severity of his legal case was unbeknownst to us" and the news of his conviction is a "complete shock" to everyone associated with the channel.
"This morning we have been made aware of news regarding DT, who was a regular contributor on AFTV until July 2021," read a statement from AFTV on Monday afternoon.
"We are utterly appalled and disgusted by his actions and totally condemn domestic abuse, or violence of any kind
"DT had made us aware of personal issues in his life, however we can unequivocally say that the extent of the information made public by the Government today is new to us
"DT appeared on AFTV on 1st Jan when the severity of his legal case was unbeknownst to us. The recent developments come as a complete shock to all at AFTV.
"In light of the shocking news, DT will be offered absolutely no place on the channel again."
Goodenough was initially sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment and handed a 10-year restraining order before the Solicitor General referred his sentence to the Court of Appeal under the Unduly Lenient Sentence (ULS) scheme.
The Court of Appeal found his original sentence unduly lenient and increased it to three years' imprisonment.
A court previously heard how Goodenough stalked his former partner as she went on a date and sent the victim's brother messages threatening suicide and demanding to know the location of the victim.
The court was told how he used a tracking feature on her phone, drove to the hotel the victim was staying at and verbally abused her, assaulting her companion and proceeding to photograph her in a state of undress.
Goodenough dragged the victim out of the hotel room to his car, suggesting he had a knife and that her son was in the vehicle. However, when she realised that her son was not in the car she tried to escape.
A bystander intervened and the victim was able to get out of the car, before Goodenough subsequently escaped.
"Goodenough subjected the victim to a shocking and frightening ordeal," said Solicitor General, Alex Chalk QC MP.
"I referred his sentence because I considered it did not reflect the gravity of the offending and was unduly lenient. I am glad that the Court of Appeal agrees."
