Scholarship Displacement and YOU

Scholarship displacement is when a college or university reduces a student’s financial assistance by the amount of a new, "private" scholarship, rather than adding the new scholarship to the student’s aid package. This post contains advice to help you keep every local scholarship dollar awarded. Focus & Community Enrichment Grant Applications Now Being Accepted at OBCF

Local nonprofits, the deadline to get Focus and Community Enrichment grant applications to us is Friday, April 30 by midnight. Focus grant areas include Animal Welfare, Aviation Education, Health/Wellness, and Opportunities for People with Disabilities; this is the best time in 2021 to apply. Peace Garden Project Ribbon Cutting

A young and growing nonprofit, Peace Garden Project, uses fresh fruits and veggies to connect community members to environmental justice, food justice, cultural competence, and spirituality.
