- Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Generate reports on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project files and records for easy access and reference.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other departments within the bank.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors or partners involved in project implementation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to the project.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools/software.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in project management, banking, or finance is a plus.
