Clinton Junior Wrestling Camp (Eric Juergens and Tom Clum) - June 8th, 9th, and 10th
Please fill out the below form to successfully sign up for the summer wrestling camp to be held at Clinton Middle School in Clinton, Iowa.  Wrestlers who are part of the Clinton Junior Wrestling Program, went out of middle school, or finished the year with the high school will be charged $50.  Wrestlers from outside schools will be charged $150 for the camp.  Review the flyer for information needed.

I do hereby release the Clinton Youth Wrestling Club, Coaches, and in membership/hosting clubs of any responsibility for injury or illness.  I also give consent to have my wrestler’s picture taken and used for advertising and public release purposes including position on the wrestling website.  We as a club are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. *
