Race Information
The Mo Big Butt is a USTAF Certified Course. It is mostly flat but does have some hills.
Course
The course is 5 repeats of a USTAF 10 K. The run is in it's 15th year. The start/finish is at 4573 Old Church Road, Lancaster, SC 29720. https://www.certifiedroadraces.com/certificate/?type=l&id=SC16083DW The course is paved.
Aid
I will provide liquids consisting of Water, Coke, and Gatorade. I will provide tables for runners to stash their favorite foods. Chili with beans and veggie chili and cornbread to all runners post race. You will actually pass the main aid station 10 times and water and bathrooms are in the park and at my house.
Race Swag
RFH Male shirts and RFH, Team Buttercup shirts for Females. Chili and beans to all runners including veggie chili and beans. All finishers will get a unique wooden plaque. Also tent and car camping is available in my front yard.
