We are open for volunteers with fewer opportunities. We can provide extra trainings and individual support tailored to needs of a volunteer, if the need is expressed by the volunteer. The aim of the support is to face the extra challenges that the volunteer has and to asisst the development of his/her competences.

“Young people with fewer opportunities are young people who are at a disadvantage compared to their peers because they face one or more exclusion factors and obstacles”, e.g. disabilities, health problems, barriers linked to education and training systems, cultural differences, social, economical barriers, barriers linked to discrimination, geographical barriers.
