- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our embroidery pricing is based on stitch count. We charge $1.25 per 1,000 stiches. Based on the order size we do provide quantity discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple: 1) You simply tell us about your project- (artwork, t-shirt type - fabric, colors, sizes, etc...) 2) Our team will contact you to discuss the project requirements in detail with you to ensure we are on the same page 3) We take those requirements and develop your artwork that you will approve. (You get 3 revisions) 4) Based on the approved artwork, we will send you a proposal with the project details and timelines along with the final mockup and artwork for you to approve. 5) Your order is released to production and shipped to your door.

Before launching Get Me Bedazzled, Mike Smith was a certified project manager and Shana Smith was a Registered Nurse.
