As part of our efforts to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, which are becoming increasingly complex and sophisticated, we ask customers who do not have Japanese nationality to submit a residence card or special permanent resident certificate, as well as change their status of residence and period of stay. (Expiration date) etc. will be confirmed on an ongoing basis.
We are asking those who submitted it at the time of application to submit it again this time.

Can I use the card without submitting my residence card?

If you are unable to submit the document or if your period of stay as notified to EPOS Card expires, there may be restrictions on your use of your credit card. Therefore, if you have been informed of this by EPOS Card, please submit the document.

Do I need to submit it every time my residence card expires?
