Terms & Conditions:

1. Available for delivery or collection at Café @ Equine and The Gardens Mall outlet only, every Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
2. Preorder closes on Monday, 3:00 PM for delivery on Wednesday.
3. Preorder closes on Thursday, 3:00 PM for delivery on Friday.
4. Payment must be made via bank transfer by Monday, 3:00 PM for delivery on Wednesdays.
5. Payment must be made via bank transfer by Thursday, 3:00 PM for delivery on Fridays.
6. Customer has to share a copy of payment receipt to (phone number) via WhatsApp after payment has been made.
7. No cancellations and refunds are allowed after transactions have been made.
8. I Love Yoo! will issue an receipt upon confirmation of payment and customer must bring along the receipt on collection date (digital version can be accepted).
9. I Love Yoo! is not liable or responsible for any delay, loss or damage that occurs during delivery process.
10. I Love Yoo! vouchers are not applicable for bulk orders and bulk orders are ineligible for loyalty program.
