I almost want to give it a 3 because I have to smoke a few Js for the effects but it's worth it because it helps with anxiety and back pain

Mendo Breath Reviews
After a few parachute mishaps and explosions I’ve been reduced to my head and four vertebrae. The phantom pains are unbelievable and the arthritis won’t leave me either.. weird, inno right. Anyhow Mendo Breath is super dank smelling, tasting and hits smooth. The high sets quick, resulting in a mellow relaxed feeling complete with squinty, fuzzy eyes. Mendo helps with the anxiety of the PTS and aforementioned pain, while taking the edge off life.
I suffer from an arthritic auto immune disease where flares can be excruciatingly painful. A flare was setting in, one hard pull of this and pain slowly faded. I was able to sleep through the night! The full on head and body high was so relaxing, and my body had relief. Definitely an after work, before bed kinda strain. My new favorite for bedtime pain relief to actually get some sleep.
It's a good strain but the "sleepy" effect is definitely accurate. I know everyone metabolizes cannibis differently but for me, it's a solid before-bed strain (if I ever purchase it again).
This buzz came on slow and turned into a total body high. Fully relaxing and calming. Couch lock sets in quickly and the desire to do anything but chill over takes you. As the buzz wears on, sedatoin sets in allowing you to quickly fall into a nice deep sleep.
I never had a favourite strain before. The last three batches of Mendo Breath live resin I got have all been slightly different, but showing different sides of this strain’s sweet yet manifold taste profile. Others have noted/warned about its potency so I will linger on its remarkable tastes/smells. There is a sweet side- always very prominent- with notes of vanilla/cream, orange/cherry candy, and cream cheese frosting. There are also subtle notes of dried fruit (cherry, mango, golden raisin), and earthy spices like bergamot and canela. There can be a real funk and pungency as well that has for me recalled new toy smells, carpeted basements, clay, rotting peppermint/green manure. Finally, building on this last note about peppermint, there is an irresistible faintly grassy/honeysuckle smell that falls over all the rest of it like a dew. One of the batches I had reminded me of scooping ice cream as a teen and having my whole head in the almost-empty vanilla bins. Another was less sweet and far more funky/pungent- dried tropical fruits and compost. The one I have right now is balanced between all these aspects and smells like Té de canela with a pack of Lifesavers dissolved in it. I could go on, which is what makes this strain so compelling for me. I could dip my nose in this jar all day and find new things in it.
Is a smooth criminal, steals your brains away leaving you rather simple feeling but oh how wonderful.

I got a bad knee from a bike accident back in October this is the first strain I've had since then that relaxed my knee to where it don't fell messed up.
My Fiancé suffers from breast cancer and on the middle of her treatment now thank god for this strain it helps her with everything from her pain to being able to eat and worst of all stopping the nausea cause it’s the worst part of chemo from what I have seen and I as well can say it excellently helps me with my pain anxiety and ptsd.
