• Free eBook Access for high schools only.
• Access is authenticated by IP address.
• Access cannot be granted by username and password.
• The school will be granted free access (read online only) to the said Encyclopedia for 3 years from the setup date.
• The school and its end users shall not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or automated downloading programs or devices to continuously and automatically search, index or retrieve any content accessed online during this agreement.
• The school and its end users is/are not allowed to archive and/or redistribute any of the content covered in the said Encyclopedia.
• The school and its end users will not modify, adapt, transform, translate or create any derivative work based on any material accessed or downloaded from Worldscientific.com in a manner that would infringe the copyright or other proprietary rights therein.
• The school and its users may view the e-books but are not allowed to print or store the content.
• The school and its users shall not distribute any content, whether in whole or in part.
• The school can terminate their access at any time by notifying WSPC in writing, including by email.
• World Scientific shall be entitled to withdraw the free access rights at any time if the school and/or its users are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
