I authorize TechnoServe and its affiliated entities to verify the information I have provided and to make any investigation of my background deemed necessary, both at the time of application and later during my employment, if I am hired. US-based Employees: Although much of our work is done remotely, it is important that all employees are able to meet in person from time to time. As such, I understand that if I am hired in the United States, I must show proof of vaccination against COVID-19-or develop a specific vaccination plan/timeline with HR-prior to my first day of employment. 
 
Non-US based Employees: I understand that if I am hired and asked to work in an office, choose to work in an office, and/or I am meeting with beneficiaries, I must provide either one-time proof of being fully vaccinated OR ongoing proof of a recent negative diagnostic COVID test (no older than 5 business days).
