The Forgery

Prior to April 7, 2001, and despite personal disagreements, there is no post by
Dick McCollum accusing, implying or even suggesting that Leland Scott was
forging anybody. OTOH, Twistedhed had accused Scott of forging posts since at
least March 2:
On April 7, 2001, came the now infamous "You ask w" post in rec.radio.cb. The
first reply was by Twistedhed who, noting a similarity between the cut line and
Leland Scott's sig, accused Scott of forging the post. Dick McCollum responded
-not- to the forgery, but to -Twistedhed's reply- to the forgery, and agreed
with Twistedhed's conclusion:
An admission to the forgery was posted (anonymously) which emphasized previously
unnoticed details in the forgery that, while not absolving Scott of the forgery,
unequivocally contradicted Twistedhed's argument. Dick McCollum did not respond.
Afterwards, McCollum notified Leland Scott of posts being forged in -his- name.
They also had many polite conversations during Dick's remaining time.
The Issaquah Confusion

On March 29, 2001, I noted a "local civil case" where a "lady successfully sued
her neighbor for causing a nuisance with his illegal CB equipment":

On April 20, 2001, Twistedhed found a post from Big Ben noting a case similar to
the case I mentioned. Citing the similarity, and while ignoring the service area
of my ISP at the time (www.cet.com), he promptly accused me of being Big Ben and
of living in Clark County:

contrary, and as early as Jan. 16, 2001:
After months of constant prodding, I responded to Twistedhed's pleas for proof
of my statement by posting an entire newspaper article about the case in Spokane
to which I originally referred:
Twistedhed, dumbfounded that there could be two similar cases in the same state,
proceeded to blow a smokescreen around his mistake by confusing the issue,
maintaining that I live on the West side of the state, accusing me of being
N7VCF, and of forging a post that he himself wrote:
He is still hiding behind that smokescreen, still maintaining that I am N7VCF
and that I live in Issaquah:
Those are the facts in black and white... er, 1's and 0's. Stay tuned, there's

I'm glad you asked that question Raffi: The answer is that Twistedhed cares
deeply who I am and where I live. For example:

And below I have already provided the reasons why he accused me of being Ben Lee
in Vancouver (KC7UIP), and of being a different Frank Gilliland in Issaquah
(N7VCF). The funny thing is that I'm not even a ham! And then there are some in
this newsgroup that are naive and..., well, just plain stupid, and will believe
anything anyone says as long as it satifies a special need. Many of them follow
the delusions of Twistedhed and think I am N7VCF. Some even think that I might
be Dwight Stewart (W5NET), or even George Busch (WA3MOJ). They just can't accept
that some people don't need to lie about their identity.
So you see, to some people it really does matter. In fact, to Twistedhed, my
identity is his whole reason for existence. But there is one other person that
cares where I live -- me. Cause if I don't live in Spokane then I have been away
from home WAY too long (almost 40 years) and should be running home pretty soon.
It would also mean that my driver's license is wrong, as well as a host of other
important documents I have signed over the years. So if I'm not me, then I have
a whole lot of paper work and legal issues to deal with.

(Snicker) Is that what he claimed? I missed that one....last I saw he
claimed he was still active in the USMC,,,he probably lied about both.
Frankie has a problem taking what he dishes out. Concerning his google
swim in twisted juice, google bears out that Lelnad and he patented the
identity factor of cbers in this forum. Google will show I inquired of
and made no observations of "who is who" until these two lids
constructed their game around my identity. Losing at their own game was
too much for these lids to handle,,hence the destructive posting full of
malice, the hate sites, the numerous posting accesses to the group each
had lost.

hey Frank I just noticed what might be the key to Twitsyboy's brain
process. He accuses you of doing stuff he himself does or feels bad
about. A couple posts ago he was accusing akc of using made up words and
how that was such a bad thing etc and now here he is using the term
Twisted Juice. Ditto with sidestepping questions put to him and all that
stuff about inferiority, what a bag of craziness he is, twisted is a
good description LOL.
