Recent update (16.11.21)is not enabled on my device despite repeated efforts to make it. In fact this problem props up on every occasion to update forcing me to approach the staff to resolve the matter. Why shouldn't we get a message (including other such events) on our RMN to enable easy updation through a link instead of deleting the app and redo the exercise of reinstallation? Hope I get an immediate response.

First it stopped sending otp through message in time. Despite I generated MPIN etc. 2 years before, it again tells me to generate. To generate it requires OTP. Whenever I put OTP, it shows msg as "Failed to generate MPIN. Least 30 times un tried. But no results. I needed to pay installment for my home loan. So I applied in bank to transfer money through offline mode on 04/04/2022. Worst app.

June 10 2021 version is a worst version...its not at all opening i have been trying since 15days..its rolls rolls, buffers buffers never logging in..worst updated banking app ever in google play store,..speed of internet drops from 1mb to 0 kb as soon as u open this app..
