About the Job

• Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide exceptional customer support and assistance in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges following established procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.

About You

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive or related field
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
