Join XO Wine Co and Jericho Wines in the gorgeous surrounds of the Topiary for a long table dinner crafted by the inimitable Kane Pollard. Starting with snacks around the fire, Kane will bring you four courses of locally sourced, creative, and contemporary food, while the Jericho and XO winemaking teams will share with you the best of our alternate varietal reds, that have flourished in their adopted home of the Adelaide Hills. Think elegant Nebbiolo, vibrant Barbera, and juicy Tempranillo, plus a few special surprises.
