Build Australia's Most Extreme Hilux with the Superior X-Track.

BUSINESS IN THE FRONT

The X-Track uses an Australian Made Pair of Superior Extended Adjustable Chromoly Upper Control Arms which are integral to re-aligning the front end, and play a massive role in our Track Width increase of 11 Inches over Standard. These Upper Control Arms wrap around our Superior Engineering 2.5” Bore Remote Reservoir Coilovers which give the front end 11 Inches of Total Wheel Travel. The Finned Reservoir on the Coilovers gives an increase in shock cooling efficiency for those long
hard drives.

A STRONG FOUNDATION

Paired Hand in Hand with our Extended Chromoly Upper Control Arms are our Wide Track Lowers which are manufactured from 5mm thick 350 Grade steel.
Another In-House Australian Made inclusion in the X-Track Kit, these lower utilise OEM Ball Joints and Bushes for long term reliability and ease of sourcing replacement components. OEM Bump Stops are also utilised and fitted in the same location as the factory to allow as much suspension travel as possible.

MAKE IT WORK

To allow the Extended Uppers, Lowers & 2.5” Coilovers to work to their full potential, Superior Engineering has developed a new Front Sway Bar exclusively for the X-Track which allows better front-end Suspension movement. This Sway Bar and our Track Width Increase has resulted in unmatched vehicle stability. All this width and travel increase called for extended CV’s. X-Track comes equipped standard with 4340 Grade Replacement Extended Inner Axles which are coupled with the OEM CV’s. CV life is protected by a 40mm
Diff Drop kit.

OPEN WIDE

To cover the enormous 11 Inches of Front Wheel Track Increase and 35” Tyres, the Superior X-Track comes equipped with ADR Compliant Wide Track Composite replacement front guards, matched to your OEM paint colour at no extra cost. No Screw-on Jungle Flares or Bunnings Garden edging here. Wheel coverage is topped off with Superior Engineering branded Polyflex mudflaps.

STYLISH FRONT-END PROTECTION

To suit the Wide Track Front guards, a modified Winch Compatible Bullbar is supplied that seamlessly compliments the aggressive styling of the Superior Engineering X-Track whilst remaining functional in giving an excellent approach angle. Pre-Production Sample Shown - Final bar design may vary.

WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH

It is unlikely you will ever get stuck or belly out in your X-Track, but if you do, Superior Engineering have you covered with our full Underbody Guard Kit (Engine/Sump, Gearbox and Transfer Guard) that includes a Front Recovery Point (SWL 5,000kg).

WIDE WORLD OF COILS

Why ride on leaf springs when you can ride on coils springs? The heart and soul of the Superior Engineering X-Track is the Wide Track Coil Converted Rear End. This kit gives you 11 Inches of Track Width Increase gains to match the front courtesy of our Australian Made Diamond Diff Housing. This housing has been Designed, Developed and Manufactured right here in Australia using a combination of 4140 Chromoly and 350 Grade Steel, with 4340M Grade Axles.

Everyone knows Suspension Travel is king when you’re playing in the big ruts. Superior X-Track is unrivalled by its peers with a total of 14 Inches of Rear Wheel Travel standard which lets the 35” Rear Tyre drop below the sill like it’s not even trying.

PARTY IN THE BACK

Just like the front end, the 11 Inch track increase in the rear demanded seamless wheel coverage. Superior X-Track comes equipped with our Wide Track Composite tub guards, matched to your OEM paint colour. Wheel coverage is topped off with a pair of Superior Engineering branded Polyflex mudflaps.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD

Australians love a Ute that not only looks good but maintains its underlying “Workhorse” status. Superior Engineering understands this and developed the X-Track with a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) of 3,560kg, whilst maintaining the 3,500kg towing capacity we all love and need. (Gross Combined Mass/GCM is not increased).

BIG TYRES = BIG CLEARANCE

Ground Clearance in any IFS vehicle is always a talking point. Superior X-Track legally offers a massive increase in ground clearance, whilst complimenting the stance of the wide track suspension through Tyre sizes as big as 35 Inches, on wheel offsets as wide as -12. When Coupled with a 35 Inch Tyre, the X-Track sits up to 6 Inches taller than its stock standard little brother.

WHERE WE’RE GOING, WE DON’T NEED ROADS…

It’s inevitable that one day when playing off-road, you will need to call on your spare Tyre, so we’ve got you covered! The Superior X-Track Coil Conversion Kit allows room enough for a true 35” Spare Tyre under the tub with a 3 Inch Exhaust fitted.
