As you may know, the Scottish Government is currently looking at different options
to prove whether or not there is a democratic mandate for Scottish independence, to
establish their right to demand a start to negotiations with the UK Government over
Scottish independence. Leaving aside your own current view on independence, would
you say there would be a proven democratic mandate for Scottish independence if ….A majority of voters vote Yes
to independence in a referendum, held by the Scottish Government without the agreement of the UK Government?
