Flying Horse Farms Volunteer Application:

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Flying Horse Farms! In 2025 Flying Horse Farms will be hosting Family Camp weekends in the spring, summer (Tuesday through Thursday session), and fall along with residential camps in the summer.

Please note: 

All camp volunteers, including Cabin Counselors, Family Sidekicks, Activities Counselors, Psychosocial Volunteers, and Medical Volunteers, are required to have an updated TDaP vaccine within the last 10 years for all camp sessions and the 2025-26 Flu shot for the November Fall Family Camp sessions. It is strongly encouraged, but not required, to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and boosters. Any vaccines required for camp must be received at least two weeks before the camp session.

This application will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and attention as we use this information to prepare a safe experience for our camp community!

Your application will not be received until you click the SUBMIT button on the last page. *You do not need to have all of your medical documents uploaded to submit your application.

If you are a new volunteer, you will be sent information via email on scheduling your phone interview after submitting your application.
