Highly recommended! We visited during the Spring season, there was no snow, therefore it was not too cold and also not crowded at all. We enjoyed the quietness very much. The hot spring was wonderful, very spacious and traditionally designed. I loved the yakata which were provided for free. Apart from the public onsen, there were 3 private onsen rooms, it was perfect for family and couples to enjoy. However, there was not bathing or showering area in the private onsen, it's better to take a shower in your own room before using it.
The breakfast serving by the resort was hugh for us, we didn't need to have any lunch at all, but you could go out for some afternoon tea nearby the station.
We reckoned 2 days was superb for us, as we had no car to travel around the area.

One of the best hotel I have ever been. The only weakness perhaps the lack of entertainment facilities after hot springs. But will definitely visit again!

It's an enjoyable stay, both private and public osen are very nice. Hotel is very clean, free coffee and snack, free ramen at night. If they can make the dinner more variety and taste better, that would be prefect.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the JR station. It is very convenient to have a car to pick up and drop off on snowy days. The meals are good, snacks are provided, and the hot springs are also very good!

The room was very comfortable, the view was great, and the bathrobe was beautiful and Japanese style. There is a ski resort behind the hotel, and the breakfast is delicious! The hot springs are great, and there are free private baths available 24 hours a day. There is free coffee, hot tea, chocolate, sugar water and herbal tea in the lobby on the first floor.
