The Snoop Dogg vampire movie movie review

Jamie Foxx and Dave Franco are the stars of the new vampire hunting movie "Day Shift". The story follows a blue collar father who wants to provide a comfortable life for his daughter. However, his job as a pool cleaner in San Fernando Valley is just a façade for his true source of income: hunting and killing vampires for the International Union of Vampire Hunters.

It sounds like a fun idea, but can J.J. Perry bring it to life?

The opening scene of the film is a wild action sequence that sees Jamie Foxx shooting a shotgun at an old lady, who turns out to have been a vampire. This leads to a hilarious fight between the two of their characters that is a total blast. I feel like the movie really has fun with this kind of rag-doll physics in its action scenes, making those sequences pop in a way that a lot of the Netflix action movies (or action blockbusters these days) don't.

Day Shift, is the movie that makes you feel so bad you're actually enjoying it. It's so obvious what they were trying to do, and yet they failed so miserably. It is lacking in acting ability, dialogue, and plot. I still enjoyed it. Perhaps it's because of my love for vampire movies or because I enjoy bad movies. Day Shift was fun. While it's not the best movie, it's great fun. That's really all I want from a movie such as this.

Day Shift had mixed (blog) reviews. The movie has a lot to offer, including some action scenes that are fun and some characters like the two brothers and Seth. But the villain is horrible and there are many mediocre characters. That helps the stronger characters shine more. There were scenes missing that were not shown. Bud's neighbor acts like she is a friend even though they only had about 3 minutes each before the final scene. Bud's prank phone calling at the gas station was the best moment of the movie. It was hilarious and it was so much fun to watch. However, the movie didn't end as well. Day Shift, in the end, is a mixed bag. There are parts that are fantastic and others that are horrible. This movie is great for those who want to have a good time and laugh.

I almost forgot about Snoop Dogg. He's an amazing character in Day Shift. He makes the movie worthwhile. His comedy is great and he's funny. He is so natural in this role. It's like he was born to play it.
