Theme: Self Care Collage
Enjoy a morning in the garden, painting, printing and observing nature with Sigrid. Start with a short grounding meditation and then proceed to use scraps of paintings, photos, text, and hand carved stamps to print on a one-page format for self-reflection and intention. This art-making is more about process than product and it has become the thing I am most passionate to share with others. The key is to quiet the mind, engage the senses, look deep inside in order to tap into our inner creative resources without judgement or comparison. Cost $100 per person. All art supplies are included, but if you want to bring any personal photos and/or art materials, please do.
