Re: PA “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART CCCLXXVIII] – “Election Integrity”
{}

A SRO-crowd was provided a daylong, fast-paced, multi-speaker seminar with appropriate

handouts and episodic opportunities for Q&A; a hyperlink to the slides is to be remitted
and, thus, instead of focusing on content, this memo conveys sideline conversations with
lotsa accomplished leaders. There was no downtime, even during 15-minute breaks,
because forthright opinions were on-tap [even when controversial, such as when it was
suggested that machine-counting may be preferable to hand-counting of ballots].

Cleta Mitchell was gently/firmly asked why she opposes efforts to supplant Brandon, and
the conversation led to her differentiating the current situation [trying to leverage the
SCOTUS to reverse results more than a year post-election] with the successful 1993 court-
ordered decision to supplant incumbent State Senator Stinson [PA-1] with Bruce Marks
due to fraud, primarily in nursing homes [that occurred a few months post-election].
Otherwise, she didn’t cite a LEGAL argument that contrasted the cases; I’m not convinced.

Philly’s Linda Kerns was asked about why she had reportedly [via the media] withdrawn
from one of Trump’s cases, and she said the issue is currently being litigated; she also
emphasized the need for creating a smooth interface between poll workers/watchers and
lawyers who might be contacted via a hotline if/when “muscle” need be invoked. This is
c/w what I’ve learned from Zoom calls, namely, that state-specific manuals are needed
ASAP for both on-the-ground monitors and lawyers who would instantly be contacted;
everyone must be “on the same page” as a result of training so that an observation would
trigger precisely what to say [based on statute] and how to handle the reply [compliance
vs. defiance] in an effort to resolve concerns without the need for a court-order.

Emphasis was placed on invoking success in Virginia [primarily Fairfax County] by the
distribution of additional handouts detailing how to recruit support; starting both at the
literal/figurative kitchen-table, listeners were invited to mobilize like-minded Patriots.
Also, a “Voting Bill of Rights” for Senior Citizens dovetailed with discussion of what may
be done for those with disabilities; naturally, an audible sigh-of-relief was conveyed when
it was recalled that the Federal Takeover of the Election System had been unsuccessful.
“Making friends” with election officials was advised, suggesting they be visited by TWO
people in an effort to achieve “transformative transparency” thereafter. Curiously, it was
noted that a risk-limiting audit of larger groups would entail review of < 2% of ballots
[0.66% in PA], the threshold cited during House hearings one year ago. More to come.
