About this event

FOODSAFE (Level 1) is a food handling and work safety course for food service workers, such as cooks, servers & dishwashers.  The course covers important food safety information including foodborne illness, storing, preparing, serving, cleaning & sanitizing.

  • Space is limited to 25 people/class
  • Food Safe certificates are valid for 5 years
  • Coffee & tea provided - please bring a lunch, or find one at a nearby café
