The main reason I booked a room here was because they advertised breakfast was included. Upon checking in, I was told by the gentleman and the front desk that they haven't been serving breakfast for the past three weeks due to a missing part. Mind you. This is a non-refundable booking. So I couldn't cancel so I just had to stay and try to enjoy myself.

The hotel met our expectations, and Cypress is a nice safe neighbourhood to stay in. The parking lot was spaceous and the hotel was easy to find. The rooms were nice and clean and had the amenities expected. It had a lot of restaurants close by that you could walk to, and a Bucees almost next door, so everything is available when that snack-craving time comes around.
