We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. It was huge, we all got plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. There was a beautiful view on the harbour right from our room. Hotel is very beautifully located right on the water, with its own beach and lots of possibilities to walk around and enjoy the nature and the views. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, it was sad that we only stayed one night, we loved the hotel and the Cape Cod.

Indoor/outdoor pool. The pool and pool area was clean...towels always available. Hotel in a great location close to many restaurants, plenty within walking distance. Beds are fairly comfortable. CVS and cape cod mall just a short drive away. Front desk lady was nice and friendly. Heavenly Restaurant is a good place for breakfast...$10 got me a nice breakfast with plenty food. If feeling for room service....plenty options through Uber eats. Overall I had a decent stay at a good price.

This motel is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We were within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, as well as the ferry to Martha's Vineyard! The staff is very friendly and had great suggestions of where to go and what to do while in Cape Cod. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linens. Keep in mind that this is an older, quaint motel and not a "luxury" hotel. We loved it! We plan to come back and stay here again!

What a pleasant surprise. We usually don't book Inns but I am so glad we booked this one. The Inn was updated, contemporary, and had a Cape Cod feel inside and out. It was off the road a bit and had secure entry doors which you don't find much at Inns. The breakfast was great with homemade coffee cakes and cinnamon rolls along with other basic fare. Very quaint and inviting as well. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very well maintained and clean.

Beautiful location overlooking the hotel’s private beach. Food was excellent, a little pricey but to be expected in such a lovely hotel. Lots of facilities for the children to use. They enjoyed the tennis, pool and various games dotted around the grounds. Beach yoga in the morning was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start the day. The film on the beach one evening was enjoyed by the children. A lovely place to take the family for our first taste of Cape Cod.

The hotel in general was ok. The room was large and clean. The location is ok if you have a car and want to travel around the Cape Cod. It’s located near the city center, but around the hotel there is nothing to do. I can’t say we didn’t like it. But there are small details which are missing and could make guests feel really comfortable. Like carpets on the floor or pleasant aroma in the bathroom. Or more choices at breakfast. Normal hotel but I expected more

the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again

We requested a quiet room. We were placed in the last room (end) on the back building with no neighbors immediately beside us. That was perfect. The room was clean and well-maintained inside. The hotel location was also convenient as we weren’t far from Wellfleet and even traveled to Chatham one afternoon which was simple. As an avid runner it was a great benefit to go out the back of the building directly onto the Cape Cod trail.

Booked this last minute for a 3 day trip to the cape in July with two kids and my parents - most other places were sold out. We had low expectations based on price and were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, great staff, two large pools, lots of loungers, cape cod ice creamery right next door. Easy to get to smugglers beach and found lots of other friendly families staying. Good option for a night or two with kids.

Amazing little gem! Everything was wonderful and super comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and perfect for two. The staff was so nice and helpful, they also offered us chairs for the beach. The breakfast is amazing and really big. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Its good for both summer and winter because for bad weather it got an indoor pool and a fitness center. Will definitely come back!

This was a fairly basic inn. But it absolutely met our needs. Central to Cape Cod so easy to visit other towns. 5 min walk to Hyannis Main Street for shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to walk to beaches and harbour. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pastries and cereals - very good selection. Room was well equipped and comfortable.

The included breakfast was very good with a variety of fruit, yoghurts, eggs etc. The hotel guests has access to a private beach at a associated hotel at the nearest beach. It was very convenient to be able to use their facilities, umbrellas and sun beds at the beach. Nice and quiet town compared to more lively places on Cape Cod which we appreciated.

The owner is the nicest person I’ve ever met. I don’t understand why it has only two stars because it was the best hotel I’ve been to on Cape Cod. The rooms are huge (even the cheapest ones), the pool is very clean, and stuff is very responsive. I loved this place and definitely gonna come back! They even have a microwave in the room!

It was perfect for our vacation . It was very clean. Everything you need was supplied in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was centrally located on Cape Cod. Since it was our first visit to the cape The manager was so helpful and friendly with all the questions we had. We highly recommend this property .

Location was near several restaurants and convenience stores, as well close to the Cape Cod Canal, Cape Cod Bay and the 3 main highways of Cape Cod; Rte 6, Rte 6A and Rte 28. Hotel was very clean, with attractively decorated and furnished rooms. Bathroom was updated and recently painted.

there are so many things to list. Located right on the beach on Cape Cod if you’re coming here for vacation this is definitely the place to stay. Comfortable apartments with everything you need. Friendly staff, heated pool, very clean, very comfortable, home away from home.

The hotel has a nice beach, a great pool with food and music, and a surprisingly good breakfast buffet. You can have a really full relaxing day without leaving. If you like hiking or biking, trails begin nearby. It is definitely my favorite place to stay on Cape Cod.

I booked it for my family's first trip to Cape Cod. Then I discovered it wasn't close to the downtown. Not within walking distance. So it is not ideal to stay and wander around. It is perfect for just staying in the hotel for days. Not my case, though.

The beauty of this hotel is the location. The issue with Cape Cod is that there is a limited supply of places to stay. This one fits the bill just fine. It's overpriced since it's cape cod, but exactly what you would expect. It works!

Centrally located in Cape Cod. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Freshly made breakfast every day - NOT the buffet you get from a hotel. Wonderful hosts and staff - very hospitable and remember all our dietary restrictions. I recommend it 10000%!
