First 30 students to sign up AND pay will secure a spot; others will be placed on a wait list. (You must pay within 24 hours of signing up or your child's spot will be forfeited.)

If this form is still open and you make your payment, congratulations -- your child has a spot at the party! You will receive an email from the classroom teachers before the party with more details. When the party fills up, this form will no longer be accessible; however, you will be able to add your child's name to a waitlist.
