THE ROLE
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drafting and negotiating leases and licences (acting for both landlords and tenants);
• Site acquisition and disposal;
• Drafting full reports on title;
• Asset management of property portfolios;
• Conditional contracts, options and overage agreements;
• Property work on corporate transactions and funding requirements.
