While Legendary pictures made the beast much taller (and wider) for American audiences, Toho was hard at work designing a reboot for the franchise. The creature is much taller (blog post) (and longer) for Japanese (blog post) audiences. It's also a very talky picture.. but shouldn't we expect that by now? Come on, it's a (blog post) Godzilla flick.
