Finance Administrator  

Location:  East Kilbride, Scotland
Salary:  GBP10.9 - GBP11.76 per hour


 

 

My client is a SME organisation in the East Kilbride area, they have enjoyed progressive growth to date and to further support their plans, they are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator into their small but busy Finance team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Compile and issue accurate invoices and financial statements
  • Complete Debt Recovery via both telephone and email
  • Coordinate and track training costs (travel, accommodation etc)
  • Monitor Company Credit Card spend  
  • Process expenses
  • Deal with general incoming team queries including email and calls
  • Report statistical data and reports

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a relevant finance position
  • Experience of using Sage
  • Confident MS Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
