Location is amazing, just off the beach. Everything was really clean, the owner was really lovely & helpful. Always sun beds available. Even in the height of the summer it felt very chilled. The children absolutely loved the 2 pools & it was so nice to be able to cool off after a hot morning at the beach.

I almost don’t want to write this as I’d love to keep this beautiful property a hidden secret, we’ve travelled wide and far and this is by far the nicest, most comfortable and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed. Could not fault a single thing. They had a family of kittens who were absolutely adorable, can’t wait to see them all again next year!

Mylopotias is full of partying young people and there is a nightclub just down the road from where we stayed so we could hear the thumping music. We didn't mind, but it did mean that from 10pm we wouldn't sit on the balcony. Great beach, stylish restaurants esp. the sushi, not overcrowded. We kept different times vs the young crowd which meant that the beach was nearly empty in the morning and started to fill up at 2pm is. They were fun when they arrived.

The beach, mini market and restaurants were a long way from the apartments we were staying at. It was very touristy and geared up for the youth who want to party. Pay sun beds and umbrellas on the beach were expensive. Good selection of water sports in the ocean.

With the rooms being only 2 mins walk down onto beachfront there are bars shops minimarkets,clothes shops,quad hire,etc.10 minute walk along with fine food dining,all fresh seafoods.everything i could possibly ask for with this location.

Far Out Club is loud for a few hours at night but dies down before 10 ish in July. It is lovely in the daytime and one place rents cabanas with 1 side plexiglas very reasonably priced. Four of us shared one. More days at the beach would have been better - wish I had skipped Athens.

The room was very nice and the location excellent in front of the beach, just to cross the road. The host, Mrs Irini was very nice and helpful. Prepared our breakfast every day and also small meals whenever needed. We really loved the place and will visit it soon again. Highly recommended.

Perfect location in the end of the bay. When the beat from the all day long bar opposite Mylopotas beach stops you can hear the sea! You have a nice view of the bay, you can enjoy sunset from your balcony. The breakfast has local products like the honey of Ios and each day there is a variety of home made stuff. The attention from the hosts makes you feel welcome and the smile of the owner lights your day. The hotel is conveniently set on top of a very nice fish restaurant that you should try.

Nikos was an amazing host. Felt very much like a home away from home, he welcomed us with open arms and made sure we were having a great time during our stay. We felt completely safe staying with his family. It was a lovely hotel with the perfect location right across the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants. Overall an amazing experience. Located in a fantastic location, 2 minutes from famous Mylopotas Beach, this is the best place to stay at in the island of Ios. Quiet area, super clean rooms with great garden and mountain views, a with fast wi-fi connection and the worlds best and friendliest hosts (Evanthia and Iakovos), Eden rooms in the best value for your money. I am coming back next year and I will definitely stay here again!

The best view of the island! Hotel is on the beach, downstairs is the best restaurant on the island where you can catch the best views and most delicious Greek dishes. bus station is also next to the entrance to the hotel which you take for $1.60 euros per person to the village. no need for car rental. Hotel rooms are clean, good service. just great choice for the hotel.

Spacious and modern room with a sea view, everything has been renovated recently. Huge shower and double sink bathroom. Owner was very nice and available, she was able to get us a last minute reservation to the very good restaurant next door. Nice pool area where you can buy beer or water. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is close to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was really good - we could see the view of Mylopotas beach, there was a fish tavern near by. The hosts, Giorgos & Katerina were very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the very first second. Anything we needed; recommendation of where to go and what to see/visit, they were willing to help.

The hotel was right on the beach and it was also right next to the bus stop that can bring you in town. The hotel was located at a 5 min walk to many good restaurants and FatOut Beach Club. The pool was also very refreshing after a day at the beach. The staff was very nice. They even arranged pick up for us at the port.

The location was excellent. We could walk to the beach from the place (uphill on the way back but doable). The bus ran every 20 minutes to the centre and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The pool was beautiful and had a great view. The staff was extremely accomodating and the breakfast was great.

Nice, clean property. Location walking distance to Mylopotas Beach. The first night we could hear music from the beach bars but all seemed to end at 1 am. The remainder of the stay was relatively quiet. The pool was very nice, clean. The host was very accommodating to our requests and needs.

The hotel’s location is great. Very friendly staff, actually a family owned business. The room’s price was value for money compared to other properties on the island. Very nice room. Nice balcony with fantastic view of Mylopotas. The pool bar was ideal to have coffee or a drink.
