Well, this has been on the to-do list for a while. Considering the recent television series, now seems as good a time as any to finally get around to reviewing The Evil Dead. Though, there's not all that much to say really. It's an extremely simple film with a very low budget from then independent filmmaker Sam Raimi. Then again, it horror movies took the home video market by storm upon release, so perhaps there is more to it than it science fiction movies seems?
