TEACHING ASSISTANTS AND AIDES SUPPORT SERIES: UNDERSTANDING THE NEEDS OF RELUCTANT LEARNERS
All Teaching Assistants and Classroom Aides are welcome to join us for this timely addition to our long-running professional learning series dedicated to you! Reluctant learners included students who struggle with attendance at school, paying attention in the classroom, have unique learning patterns and/or live in fragile home environments. Collaborate with peers in the Capital Region to continue building knowledge, skills and attributes that support this particular group of learners. We will meet three times in-person, with an option to attend via zoom. After each session, participants will complete one task for a total of 10 hours.
