Production Team Leader - dayshift

Location:  Fife, Scotland
Salary:  GBP32000 - GBP32500 per annum


We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Production Team Leader for our growing manufacturing client based in Fife. The main duties of the role will to be to manage employees effectively and to improve performance in regards to KPIs and in line with the weekly production plan. This is a shift role and will require flexibility across shifts.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader role within a manufacturing facility is essential
  • Experience of delivering on KPI’s
  • Strong management skills & a positive to attitude to change management
  • Experience with training staff would be beneficial

The role:

  • Lead a team of production staff within the production facility ensuring costs and standards are adhered to
  • Leading the team through effective management, coaching and facilitation.
  • Ensure that all products meet the agreed specification
  • To ensure food safety, legality and quality requirements are met.
