My name is Raven Ferri. I grew up dancing in Newport and Middletown with the support of my beautiful grandmother Gwen George. Recently, she passed after a fight with pancreatic cancer. Dancing was my entire life for nearly 16 years, and it was something the two of us loved and did together.
We would love nothing more than to honor her legacy by helping another child with dreams like mine. Your contribution will help fund a scholarship in her memory in order to help those with big wishes achieve their long-term goals. She would love seeing this happen!
We hope to inspire and encourage children on the island to chase their dreams, as I know my grandmother wanted the same for me.
