• WebSphere should use the a newer ECJ (Eclipse Compiler for
  Java)
  to
  capture the latest imporovements and bug fixes.
  

Local fix

• increase maximum java heap enough or use lower jdkSourceLevel if
  possible.

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
