CHCA Track and Field Standouts
CHCA TrackCongratulations to Nate Gockerman (9) for breaking the school record in the 3200 in his first run at that event. John Mitchell (9) went from being an 8-ft. pole vaulter to 10-6 at the Talawanda Invitational. Nico Siegel (9) will be handling both hurdle races for the team and is doing well for his first time doing the event. Nico actually medaled at the Talawanda Invitational in the 110 hurdles. The girls 4 x 800 relay team of Brooke Gabriel (11), Abigail Connor (11), Maria Bernal-Viana (10) and Manuela Bernal-Viana (9) dropped their time from 11:12 at one Invitational and soon after dropped that about 28 seconds to 10:44.
Kylene Werner
Sophomore, CHCA SoftballIn two games on back-to-back days against Roger Bacon this past week, Kylene threw 14 innings giving up one earned run and striking out 27.
Anna Bowling
Sophomore, Cincinnati Christian SoftballIn our conference win against Roger Bacon, Anna helped the team with her bat, contributing three hits, one of which was a triple, and four RBIs. Over the week, she amassed 15 RBIs, five triples, four doubles, and one double play to contribute to the team's four victories.
Timmy Nagel
Senior, Cincinnati Christian BaseballTimmy reached base in 13-of-16 plate appearances for an .812 OBP while going 6-for-9 at the plate with two doubles and scoring eight runs.
Alesandra Garcia-Altuve
Junior, Cincinnati Country Day SoftballAlesandra led the Lady Nighthawks to a 4-1 record for the week with a batting average of .684 with eight RBIs and 10 stolen bases. The ultimate team player, Alesandra has played multiple positions with center field being her primary position. A member of the State Champion soccer team and one of the team captions of the Country Day Leukemia Lymphoma Society team, Alesandra is always looking to help others. The Lady Nighthawks will play three games this week - Clark Montessori, North College Hill, and Seven Hills hoping to build on their 4-2 overall record.

Senior, Cincinnati Country Day LacrosseIn a three-game week including a back-to-back, Isabel scored 15 goals and directed her team to wins against Oakwood (18-7), Summit Country Day (15-12), and Madeira (14-10).
Liselle Bradford and Mary Sales
Lockland SoftballIn a week that saw the Lady Panthers go 2-2, Liselle, a sophomore catcher, collected nine hits, seven RBIs, and scored nine runs this past week. Mary, a senior pitcher, registered 10 hits, five RBIs, and scored 12 runs.
Kaydence Ayers
Freshman, Norwood SoftballKaydence was 3-0 in the circle this week, including two shutouts, one of which was a 10 strikeout no-hitter over Clark Montessori.
Malakai Longieliere
Senior, Norwood BaseballMalakai had a great week at the plate. The senior went 4-for-7 and walked three times. On top of his .571 batting average and .700 on-base percentage, Malakai also tallied seven RBIs this past week.
Norwood Softball Seniors
Norwood SoftballSeniors explode on Senior Day - Ali Winchester, Ava Winchester, and Karlee White combined to go 8-for-9 with nine RBIs, three home runs, two doubles, a triple, and ten runs scored in a Senior Day win over West High.
Jayden Egbert
Junior, Purcell Marian TennisJayden had an amazing game in Saturday's 12-8 victory against Seven Hills. He hit for the cycle while going 4-for-5 at the plate with three runs scored, three stolen bases, and a pair of RBIs.

Roger Bacon LacrosseLizzy, a sophomore, had six goals, seven draw controls, and four ground balls in three games last week, including a fourth quarter hat trick in our win over Cooper. Olivia, a junior, had five goals, nine draw controls, and six ground balls on the week.

Senior, Seven Hills BaseballNick pitched seven innings giving up no rarned runs in a 7-1 victory of New Miami. Offensively at the plate, Nick went 8-for-16, hitting .500 for the week.
Seven Hills Girls Lacrosse Trio
Seven HillsThe Lady Stingers played three games this week with great efforts from the team. Senior sophie Wiles totaled 10 goals and four assists. Sophomore Siena Motch totaled 16 goals and two assists. Junior goalie Quincy Morris played with determination and totaled 30 saves for the week.

Freshman, Summit Country Day TrackCallie, a freshman, ran a 11:58 in the 3200 meter run at the Lakota West Invitational.
