Account Manager – Athens


About the Position


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a 360o view of the customer’s business environment & objectives
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholder
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery, according to customer needs and requirements
  • Develop creative & metrics-defined marketing proposals and campaigns
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization including creative, digital & support services, to secure smooth project execution
  • Conduct research among suppliers and find resources to facilitate implementation of the customer projects
  • Monitor allocated budgets & timelines ensuring that the projects stay within them
  • Prepare reports on accounts status and track key accounts metrics

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Working experience of 3+ years in relevant position
  • Sales acumen (upselling & cross-selling, negotiation skills)
  • Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills, both in Greek & in English
  • Marketing knowledge (industry trends, best practices, digital marketing tools & platforms)
  • Project management skills
  • Superior organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong sense of ownership & work ethic
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
