White Elephant Executive Training
Auspicious Greetings!
The 2023 North America Buddha's Light Young Adult White Elephant Executive Training will be held at Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto from May 26th to May 28th, with check-in on May 26th.
The core training will be on the topic of the future of Buddhism and youth, and the objective for the White Elephant Executive Training will be as follows:
To establish the mission for the North America White Elephant Executives and future direction
To focus on the role of the White Elephant in Humanistic Buddhism
To apply Buddhism in the self and daily life
The intended audience for the White Elephant Executive Training is:
Current White Elephant Executives (all levels)
White Elephant Candidates (members currently in progress of obtaining WE certification)
Potential White Elephant Candidates (those interested in becoming a White Elephant Executive)
White Elephant Candidates and White Elephant Executive Level 1 can apply for assessment during the White Elephant Executive Training. Please review the Level 1 and Level 2 Assessment Form for details. Candidates and Executives who wish to apply for assessment will be notified separately on the assessment topics.
Please note: to receive White Elephant status, you must pass the assessment and attend the International Buddha's Light Young Adult Conference
