North Richmond Youth Survey (English + Espanol)
If you complete the survey and have 5 others who meet the eligibility (live in North Richmond or have lived experience in NR), you will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 Target E-Gift Card! There will be a total of 5 winners! In order to make sure you have outreached to 5 others so that you can be placed in our raffle system, you will receive a follow up email upon completion with another survey link for you to input the NAME and EMAIL of those you have reached out to (THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL, NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED).

If you currently live or have lived experience in North Richmond, we WANT your input on how we can change North Richmond (NR) to be more a more youth friendly environment and community. Think about what resources, supports, and programs that young people WANT and NEED. What is your ideal vision for a youth or community center located in North Richmond?

By completing this survey, your voice will inform elected officials, system stakeholders, future development plans, and current services and youth programs.

This survey is being conducted as a collaboration between the North Richmond Resident Leadership Team, the RYSE Center, and Healthy Richmond.
