The Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms 2019
The Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms will be held for two weekends in a row. The two weekends will be finalized closer to the event to ensure optimal bloom since sunflowers peak for only approximately 2 weeks.

Event Times:
Saturdays 10am - 5pm & Sundays 11am - 5pm

Three Chopt Road, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103 (1 mile SE on Three Chopt Road off of Broad Street)
*Event location will be publicized to the public a week or two weeks prior to the event to ensure optimal bloom for pictures and enjoyment.

Please fill out the application below. Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm your acceptance as a music act for this event. Applications will not be taken after July 15.

Each music act will be given a total of 2 entry passes for any employees/helpers, in addition to the band members.

This event is located in a field on a farm. There will be a generator available. You are in charge of your own sound system (microphone, speakers, cords, etc.). Please let us know the amount of voltage and wattage you require.

Vendor Rules & Agreement
Vendors are to provide their own tent, back drop, and tables. It is required that a qualified representative be on site at all times to man your booth(s). Vendors are responsible for securing booth and products overnight as well as providing protection in case of inclement weather. Alvis Farms and any of their sponsors or representatives, will not be held responsible in case of accident, injury, theft, or damage to any persons property and/or merchandise.
