Breakout Session Proposal for 2018 South Dakota Math and Science Conference
The 2018 SDSTA/SDCTM Joint Math/Science Conference will be held at the Crossroads Event Center, Huron, South Dakota  (1-800-876-5858) on February 8-10, 2018.

Please fill out the session proposal form below.  You will receive an email confirming your submission.  The Conference committee will meet in early November 2017 to schedule and approve proposals and you will receive confirmation of tentative acceptance by December 1, 2017.  

Note: Once the proposal is tentatively accepted, the presenter must complete a conference registration in order to present.

Proposals are due by November 1, 2017.  Any submissions after that date may be considered at the discretion of the conference committee and may not make the booklet or advertisement.

Session Requests
The Conference Committee will do our best to meet your needs.  Presenters/Facilitators are expected to bring their own computers, software, and any cables to allow compatibility with LCD projector and serial cable. The conference cannot guarantee compatibility of electronic components. If your electronic presentation requires sound please bring your own set of speakers.  We invite presenters to bring their own projector.
