CoEnterprise is seeking a talented Analytics Trainer to join its growing Big Data and Analytics Practice. This role primarily focuses on Tableau product training and may expand to include other product offerings as the company, practice, and skillsets grow. As a member of CoEnterprise's Big Data & Analytics practice, the Analytics Trainer will:

· Deliver product training to CoEnterprise clients

· Deliver training to internal CoEnterprise employees

· Create and deliver custom product training to CoEnterprise clients

· Deliver public product training sessions

· Deliver remote product training sessions via Webex or other means

Key Skills and Requirements:

· Have excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability and desire to travel up to 100%

· Ability to train both on-site and in a remote or Webex environment

· Ability to immediately build then maintain rapport and gain credibility with any audience, individual, and skill level

· Strong data analysis skills

· Ability to quickly learn, implement, and clearly communicate new and complex ideas, relay those concepts to others, and then apply appropriately

· Ability to work both independently and achieve the desired results

· Ability to synthesize ideas and concepts into cohesive stories

· Candidate must be able to successfully pass client background and credit checks

· Must successfully complete Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server training, complete Tableau Desktop and Server certification process, and successfully complete and pass Tableau Trainer certification

· Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server experience

· Corporate training experience

· Experience as a current or former educator

· Experience designing and developing training programs

· Experience in Instructional Design

· Prior client facing experience

· Improvisational skills or the ability to think quickly then accurately interpret and answer ad-hoc questions
